Gardenhire currently leads implementation and qualitative research for the Performance-Based Scholarship Demonstration, Getting Ready for Success, and Project Rise. She also is a contributing implementation researcher for the Developmental Education Initiative. She has led MDRC’s Qualitative Methods Group for the past seven years, exploring this year with the group the science of implementation research as well as spearheading the introduction of a new qualitative software product for the corporation. Gardenhire received her Ph.D. in Urban Planning from Harvard University in 2000.
