About MDRC

Stover works at the Center for Data Insights and the Economic Mobility, Housing, and Communities policy area, where her projects blend data science and human-centered design. Prior to joining MDRC in 2018, Stover worked as a professional dancer and then a neuroscience research assistant for Professor Richard Ivry at University of California, Berkeley. She also cofounded a nonprofit in 2020, Pandemic Professors, which connects K-12 students from underinvested communities to free, virtual tutoring. She graduated summa cum laude in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018, where she is pursuing a master’s degree in information and data science.
