About MDRC

Rock works in MDRC’s Economic Mobility, Housing, and Communities policy area, focusing on evaluations of interventions that use combinations of occupational skills training, job readiness coaching, and housing assistance as platforms for economic mobility. Prior to joining MDRC, Rock held an internship at the American Friends Service Committee, working on a campaign to reform New York State’s felon disenfranchisement laws. He received a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University’s College of Social Studies in 2017.
