About MDRC

Reynolds’s research focuses on work and income security, criminal justice, and disadvantaged young people. His contributions include statistical programming, data collection, data management, report writing, and data visualization. In addition, he trains and advises on data visualization and the use of geographic information systems (GIS) at MDRC. Reynolds’s current projects include the Learn and Earn to Achieve Potential project, the Subsidized and Transitional Employment Demonstration, and the Enhanced Transitional Jobs Demonstration.
