As a senior operations associate, Huang takes a lead role on project management, the provision of technical assistance, the development of strategic partnerships, and site recruitment for large-scale demonstration and research projects. Before joining MDRC, Huang was a director of early childhood programs at the Families and Work Institute, where she oversaw the development and implementation of a national initiative to share the science of early learning with families and educators. Huang holds a law degree from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Columbia University. She is a member of the board of directors of the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families.
