Anderson is a research analyst and resource manager in MDRC’s Center for Data Insights and Low Wage Workers and Communities policy areas. In this role, she partners with project teams and community organizations to improve project efficiency, manage project resources, and research and implement programs for disadvantaged populations. Anderson has over eight years of experience in project management and administration. Before joining MDRC, she interned at UN-Habitat in Nairobi, Kenya, where she focused on research and pilot development for global populations in informal housing. Anderson holds a master’s degree in public policy from Central European University. For her thesis, she used quantitative analysis to explore the impact of income diversification and social safety nets on household resilience to climate change in Malawi.
