Vazirani is a research analyst and resource manager in MDRC’s Low-Wage Workers and Communities policy area. In this role, Vazirani manages and supports projects that aim to improve the financial security and employment rates of low-income adults who receive federal housing subsidies. Previously, she worked as a philanthropy consultant at Arabella Advisors, where she designed, implemented, managed, and evaluated grant-making programs for institutional foundations. Vazirani has also worked with the Rockefeller Foundation, Sakhi for South Asian Women, and Social Enterprise Greenhouse. In her spare time, Vazirani volunteers for the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum. She earned her BA in applied math and South Asian studies, as well as her MPA, from Brown University.
