In May, MDRC issued an RFP for providers of training in multi-tiered systems of supports for behavior (MTSS-B) to submit proposals to participate in a large-scale, random assignment evaluation. The evaluation will focus on a system approach to teaching and reinforcing appropriate behavior for all students as well as for providing additional support to students who need it. MDRC and its partner, the American Institutes for Research, are conducting the evaluation for the National Center for Education Evaluation of the U.S. Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences.

In response to inquiries from interested providers, MDRC and the research team have prepared a set of questions and answers about the RFP.

The deadline for submission of proposals is July 16, 2014.
